Parts Manager

On-site opportunity based in the Western Cape. Ideal for an experienced parts and inventory professional responsible for managing stock, supplier coordination, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory and stock levels.

• Source and liaise with suppliers and vendors.

• Process orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.

• Maintain accurate stock records and reporting.

• Oversee warehouse/parts department operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in parts or inventory management.

• Matric certificate (essential).

• Strong knowledge of stock control systems.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Western Cape.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive or industrial parts experience.

• Experience with inventory management software.

• Strong supplier negotiation experience.
